Aeriax is led by Wes Johnson, an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and innovator with experience in startups, emerging companies, and large companies.
Prior to acquiring Aeriax, Wes was a leader in the medical device field, where he was instrumental in driving innovation and revenue in three startups and in four companies. Areas of specialization included joint reconstruction for knee and hip replacement, spine, trauma fixation, biologics, and bone substitute materials.
Among Wes’s many strengths are strategic planning, organizational growth, fundraising, IPOs, M&A, marketing, product development, operations, regulatory, and quality. He excels at providing hands-on support for new product innovation, product launches, and product renovations to meet business goals and fill unmet needs for customers.
